Digital Travel Guide (PDF)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital travel guides (PDF) on www.riviera-go.com.
1. Seller

2. Products
We sell downloadable digital travel guides in PDF format, created by Anja & Aila of Riviera Go!. The content, number of pages and format of each guide are described on its product page. The guides are for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order.
Payment is made by card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our website platform Wix. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Order and delivery
Your order is complete once your payment has been accepted. You will then receive an email with your download link and your invoice, sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please check that this address is correct.
If you do not receive your guide within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
This right ends once the download starts, because the guide is digital content delivered immediately. This only applies if, before paying, you:

expressly agreed that delivery starts immediately, and

confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

You give this agreement by ticking the box at checkout. We confirm it in your order confirmation email.
If you have not yet downloaded the guide, you can withdraw within 14 days by sending us a clear statement by email, for example: "I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [guide name], ordered on [date]. Name, email used for the order." We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
6. Faulty files (legal guarantee)
If a guide cannot be downloaded or opened, or does not match its description, contact us. We will first send you a working file. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the French Consumer Code.
7. Licence and copyright
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use it. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the file or its content, in whole or in part.

8. Affiliate links
Some links in our guides and on our website are affiliate links (for example to Booking.com, Viator or GetYourGuide). If you book through them, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Your booking contract is with the partner, not with Riviera Go!.
9. Liability
We research our guides carefully. However, prices, opening hours and other details of places may change after publication. Please check important information directly with the provider before your trip. We are not liable for services provided by third parties, such as hotels or tour operators.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one valid at the time of your order.
